Terms and Conditions:
1. General
These conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Manon Willemina and a client to which Manon Willemina has declared these conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not expressly deviated from these conditions in writing.
2. Efforts studio
Manon Willemina will carry out the treatments to the best of his knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship and on the basis of the state of the art known at that time. Manon Willemina will inform the client as much as reasonably possible about the financial consequences of the change or addition to the treatment.
3. Payment
Manon Willemina lists all prices of treatments and products visible in the salon. The stated prices include VAT. Manon Willemina clearly states price changes 14 days before the effective date in the salon. Price changes are also made known to customers in the file by post. Offers in advertisements are valid during the indicated term and/or while stocks last.
Immediately after the treatment, the client must pay for the treatment and any products in cash or by debit card.
4. Staff in the studio
Manon Willemina has the right to have certain activities performed by employees without prior consultation with the client, if Manon Willemina deems this desirable for the proper execution of the treatment.
5. Personal data and privacy
Before the first treatment, the client provides Manon Willemina with data, which Manon Willemina indicates are necessary, or which the client should reasonably understand to be necessary for the careful execution of the treatments.
If Manon Willemina records this personal data of the client in an automated system and/or on a customer card, this confidential data of the client will be treated in accordance with the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act. Manon Willemina will not sell or rent the client's data to third parties without the prior written consent of the client
6. Secrecy
Manon Willemina is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information that the client has communicated during the treatment. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the client or if this results from the nature of the information. Confidentiality lapses if, on the basis of a statutory provision or a court decision, Manon Willemina is obliged to provide the confidential information to third parties.
7. Liability
Manon Willemina is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by Manon Willemina relying on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical disorders and/or medication use.
Manon Willemina is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the client has taken to the studio.
8. Warranty
Manon Willemina gives the client a 5-day guarantee on the treatment and the products. This warranty is void if:
• The client has not or not properly followed the advice for home skin care as described on the site and in the advice folder.
• The client has not followed the advice to seek medical help within five working days.
• The client has not used the products in accordance with the instructions for use or advice from Manon Willemina.
9. Damage and theft
Manon Willemina has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products. Manon Willemina always reports theft to the police.
10. Complaints
If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product, this must be reported in writing and personally to the owner of Manon Willemina as soon as possible, but within five working days after discovery. Manon Willemina must be given the opportunity by the client to personally assess the complaint on the basis of analysis and history of any physical complaints. Manon Willemina must provide the complainant with an adequate answer within five working days. If a complaint is justified, Manon Willemina will perform the treatment again as agreed, unless this has become demonstrably pointless for the client and the client makes this known in writing. If Manon Willemina and the complainant cannot reach an agreement, the complainant can submit the dispute to the legislator or mediator.
11. Proper Behavior
The client should behave properly in the studio according to generally accepted standards. If, after repeated warnings, the client continues to exhibit inappropriate behavior, Manon Willemina and her persons employed therein have the right to refuse the client access to the salon, stating reasons.
12. Right
Dutch law applies to every agreement between Manon Willemina and the client. In the event of an explanation of the content and purport of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text thereof is always decisive.

Manon Willemina works together with Treatwell, which offers the possibility to schedule treatment appointments digitally. In addition, Treatwell offers the possibility and (virtual) space to leave reviews about our services. A processor agreement has been concluded with Treatwell that has been signed by both parties to protect your personal data.
Through our website we offer the possibility to share the information available on the websites via social media. You can use the social media buttons for this. If you click on one of these buttons, you will be redirected to the website of the relevant social media party. As soon as you click through there, they (do) place cookies. How long do we keep your personal data?
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
How is your data secured?
Your personal data is stored in a secure file in our computer which is protected with a high quality password, which is changed regularly.
How do we deal with a data breach?
A data breach is defined as 'a breach of security that accidentally or unlawfully results in the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed'. (Article 4 GDPR). If a data breach has occurred, we will report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority without undue delay, but no later than 72 hours after we have become aware of it.
If an infringement is likely to pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of you as a customer (or has adverse consequences for the privacy of the data subject), we will inform the data subject(s) without delay. The communication to the data subject contains an explanation, in clear and simple language, of what has happened, of the actions and measures taken, what it means for the data subject and advice on what the data subject(s) can do best.
What are your rights?
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your (previously given) consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Manon Willemina. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send your request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to contact@manonwillemina.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Please note(!) that on this copy you make the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID proof number and BSN illegible. (This is to protect your privacy). We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.
Manon Willemina would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Postage costs
As a rule, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with the exception of Saturday and Sunday. However, we cannot guarantee this 100%. If it is really important that your order is delivered as soon as possible, we recommend that you indicate this in the comments. In most cases we deliver your items via DPD. DPD normally (99%) delivers within 24 hours, but guarantees delivery within 48 hours. DPD does not deliver on Sundays.
The shipping costs are € 3.95 for letterbox mail and € 6.95 for parcel post. Orders above €200 ex VAT excluding shipping costs are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Manon Willemina is not responsible for packages that get lost once delivered to the shipping company.
Returns
Do you want to return a product? Only unopened products in original condition and in the original packaging are eligible for reimbursement. The condition is that you report this within 24 hours via info@manonwillemina.com and that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

Reason for return
If you have received (one) product(s) that you did not order, please leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is nevertheless used or of which the lid or cap has been opened is considered a product that has been accepted by the customer. The opened product can no longer be returned or exchanged.
When the packaging has been opened and it appears that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, the product cannot be exchanged. So please be careful when placing orders.
As a customer you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products and Manon Willemina is not responsible for packages that get lost during transport to Manon Willemina.
credit
As soon as the package has been returned in good order, the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs, will be credited. The credit will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return. Keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been credited.
